01 Are the tables handmade?
Yes, every Foldela table is handcrafted from solid pine wood with great attention to detail.
02 Will my table look exactly like the photos?
Because every Foldela table is handmade from natural wood, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are part of what makes your table one of a kind. No two are exactly alike — that's the beauty of real craftsmanship.
03 How long does it take to prepare my order?
If you place your order before our daily cutoff, it ships the same day. Every table is quality-checked and securely packaged before leaving our workshop.
04 How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive at your door within 2–3 business days after shipping, thanks to our express carriers (UPS, FedEx).
05 Do I need to pay customs or import taxes (U.S.)?
No. All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay all taxes and import fees for you.
06 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. For non-U.S. orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country's regulations — these are typically the responsibility of the recipient.
07 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery step by step.
08 Can I request a custom size or color?
Yes. We can craft custom dimensions or finishes upon request — just contact us before placing your order.
09 Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

10 Does the table come fully assembled?
Yes. Your Foldela table arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Simply unfold and enjoy.

12 Are Foldela tables easy to transport to events?
Yes. Our tables are lightweight and foldable — easy to carry, set up, and pack away for any celebration or outdoor gathering.
13 Can I return my table if I change my mind?
Yes. You may return unused and undamaged tables within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
14 What materials do you use?
Every Foldela table is crafted from solid pine wood and finished with water-based wood stain — a safer, more sustainable choice than traditional solvent-based finishes. All hardware, hinges, and accessory parts are carefully selected for long-lasting performance.
15 Are the tables suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Foldela tables are great for outdoor use — just avoid prolonged exposure to rain, standing water, or damp conditions to keep your table looking its best. A quick wipe-down after outdoor use helps preserve the finish.
16 Can I order extra table legs or parts?
Yes. You can purchase table legs separately — they're available in our Table Legs category. For other replacement parts or hardware, please contact us with your request.
